Activities
Last modified: November 26, 2009What’s happening?
There are loads of fantastic events, activities and services at Rawene, so get involved!
FAMILIES
Rawene is home to NZ’s biggest indoor Christmas forest, with over 150 beautifully decorated trees. In 2007 over 20,000 people visited Christmas Wonderland, and it’s on again very soon – 25th-29th November & 2nd-6th December! We have a fantastic team of volunteers who help get Wonderland up and running, and we need even more help this year… from waiters to security, decorators to welcomers…

Food Parcels
To help needy families in our community we give out food parcels, in conjunction with other churches in our area. Referrals come from the local Citizens Advice Bureau, so call them on (09) 418 0032 or (09) 418 1233, if you know someone in need.
Counselling Services
We have professional family counsellors available as required. Please call us on (09) 481 3030 to find out more.
